ONE TEAM AT AT&T. / by Kelsey Jones

“After all the cheers have died down and the stadium is empty, after the headlines have been written, and after you are back in the quiet of your room and the championship ring has been placed on the dresser and after all the pomp and fanfare have faded, the enduring thing that is left is the dedication to doing with our lives the very best we can to make the world a better place in which to live.” - Vince Lombardi

A vast majority of one's time is spent with peers or coworkers.  Let's say the average person sleeps 8 hours a night.  Subtract 40 from the 168 hours that comprise a week and you're left with 112.  A 40 hour work week is 36% of your waking time - that's a hefty slice of the pie.  How do you contribute to the betterment of your environment?

Let's start at the very beginning, a very good place to start.

Step out of your comfort zone, get to know one another, ask questions, share knowledge, celebrate successes.......have a ball!  Use these practices as building blocks to a healthy environment and gratifying life.  The best part?  It's infectious. DON'T avoid like the plague; this is one contagion you should confront, contract, and spread.  ONE TEAM!
